Transcendental meditation is one of the best techniques practiced worldwide, scientificly proved having done research in different universities in different countries. Fifteen minutes every day morning & evening, gives great results. Experiencing the silence within, the unified field of all possibilities. It opens up the doors to all hidden knowledge within, whatever your genes have cultivated for billions of years will come up with all different thoughts automatically and then you could turn in to one of the great gyani of the world. For us Indians it might sound like another kind of cult, strange thing in these modern days, though it is our own thing. However, let me clarify here, we lost our own precious things, which are so valuable, the whole world is realizing, essence and beauty of it and being benefited from it. I have witnessed people saying in the west, one day they will fly back to India by yogic flying not by aeroplane.Sounds little bit exaggerating but they have there own experience. I have seen people fly three feet from the ground; they lift them selves in a yogic posture in the air.<br />Dedication, devotion, reverence, continuity is must to practice the technique to get the better result. It is not a magic nor hypnotism or not even Babagiri.This is scientific technique practiced by leaders from every field. With all respect to modern science, we should not go away from our own things. Until 1995 on global level India had only thing to offer to the world was Vedic knowledge. That was demand of the time in the world and still it is, because of stress, fast.mechanical life style, meditation helped them a lot. Every where yoga centers are there run by westerners, they teach better than us, yoga journals, magazines ,books on meditation in the well known book stores. Before 1995 I went abroad as classical musician, not as software professional .Now it has changed very fast, thanks to policy makers of the country, every Indian is proud of, India is going to be future super power.
